Nova Scotia's online service
Easy, secure, 24/7 access

The Registry of Joint Stock Companies is changing to better serve the business community of Nova Scotia.
The province is getting ready to launch its new system for Registry of Joint Stock Companies submissions, which will significantly improve client service and provide a modernized registry experience. Highlights include:

  • Additional forms for all business types including companies, co-ops and societies
  • Submitting and tracking all filings online
  • Improved search functionality
  • Online document ordering
  • Better response times

To process submissions, you can continue to access the registry through NSOnline as you do today, but you will notice a new system and features.

Visit www.rjsc.ca for details about all your registry requirements.
