Nova Scotia's online service
Easy, secure, 24/7 access

The Registry of Joint Stock Companies is changing to better serve the business community of Nova Scotia.

The province is working to significantly improve client service for the Registry of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) with the launch of a modernized registry system.

Your ability to submit updates or online requests, including filing your annual statement, will not be available from 4:30pm January 22nd through 8:30am January 26th.  Annual renewal filings for the Registry of Joint Stock Companies which are due the end of January will be extended until February 15, 2021.

The new RJSC system will offer an improved online customer portal with new self-serve opportunities, 24/7 access and additional online forms for all business types.

Visit www.rjsc.ca for details about all your registry requirements.
